It does not matter what they advertise, what claim or say. You floor surface needs cleaning. No its not carpet and no it in not wax, yet may still need a professional to clean it with his equipment. Just because they say it is EASY TO CLEAN still means it needs to be clean, REGULARY. You may even still need a deep clean. Even with equipment, some auto-scrubbers are not designed to clean some floors and certain cleaning chemicals will cause grime & grease buildup while others may even damage the floor itself.
