Dryer Vents
It is critical that dryer vents and the external components of your dryer is clean and clear of lint and debris. A dryer with restricted air flow through the transition and vent will have insufficient venting for humidity and dryer heat. This will cause consistent damp laundry after each drying cycles (no humidity venting), shortened drying cycle (auto shut due to high heat and insufficient airflow), or a dryer fire which may result in property damage or even death.
**FIRE HAZARD**
Buildup within your dryer and the transition all the way to the external vent can result in a HIGH risk of a fire hazard. Many are fortunate enough to never experience a dryer fire, but many are not so lucky.
